Hunterdon Healthcare Recognized for Communications Response During COVID-19 Pandemic
The Content Marketing Institute, a leading global content marketing education, and training organization, focused on teaching enterprise brands how to attract and retain customers through compelling, multichannel storytelling, published an online article on May 8, 2020, titled, “6 Lessons in Loyalty Building From Health Care Content,” featuring Hunterdon Healthcare as a best-practice example of a health system proactively providing their community with vital information and forging relationships with key stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hunterdon Healthcare was highlighted for being transparent by posting daily the number of COVID-19 patients in the hospital and for frequent video updates featuring Patrick Gavin, President and CEO. Ahava Leibtag, the author of the article explained, “These video updates help build trust and connection with the audience members who rely on this community for hospital care.
