Working With Hunterdon

Hunterdon Healthcare offers employees a supportive work environment and recognizes the need for work/life balance.  Full and part-time employees regularly scheduled twenty (20) or more hours per week are eligible for a generous Paid Time Off benefit.  Employees are encouraged to use their paid time off.  Hunterdon experiences low employee turnover and vacancy rates.

We have an integrated employee wellness program which focuses on prevention and encourages healthy lifestyles. We have weekly Commit to be Fit Lunch meetings covering topics like nutrition, hypnosis, weight loss, and exercise; salad bar discounts, organized walks, on-site main campus fitness activities and discounts at our two beautiful Health & Wellness Centers.

We conduct employee Engagement Surveys every 1 to 2 years. In 2011, Hunterdon Healthcare received awards in Excellence in our Employee Engagement Survey. We were compared to over 230 healthcare organizations nationwide and recognized for:
