Hunterdon Healthcare offers employees a supportive work environment and recognizes the need for work/life balance. Full and part-time employees regularly scheduled twenty (20) or more hours per week are eligible for a generous Paid Time Off benefit. Employees are encouraged to use their paid time off.

The annual award recognizes hospitals and health systems nationwide that have made a transformational change in their employee engagement.
