Members of the Active Medical Staff are full-time specialist physicians, most of whom have offices at the Hunterdon Doctors Office Building adjacent to the Medical Center, and family medicine specialists, with offices throughout the community. They provide outpatient and inpatient services, and are the faculty for the Medical Center's residency program for training family physicians.

Practitioners on the Courtesy Staff provide additional specialist and family medicine services and may provide inpatient care at Hunterdon Medical Center

Residents are members of the Hunterdon Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program

Consulting Staff members provide consultative services upon referral from the Medical Center's medical staff.

Honorary Staff are long-term members of the medical staff who no longer practice full-time. They may provide some inpatient care.

Affiliate Staff members are dentists who have privileges to admit and treat patients in their specialty.
