Herman Maeuser, MD
Herman Maeuser served as the Medical Director of Hunterdon Wound Healing Center from 2007-2009. He specializes in general and vascular surgery, and is board certified in General Surgery. Dr. Maeuser has extensive knowledge in vascular surgery for diseases involving carotid arteries, aneurysms, bypass surgery, varicose veins and diabetic wounds. He is skilled in minimally invasive procedures for diseases of the gallbladder and colon. He is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC, as well as Columbia University in New York, where he completed a non-degree program, and St. George’s School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, where he spent a pre-clinical semester. Dr. Maeuser received his Medical degree and performed his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is an Attending Physician at Hunterdon Surgical Associates, a preceptor at the Hunterdon Medical Center Family Practice Residency Program, and a committee member of Hunterdon Medical Center’s Cardiovascular Clinical Service Line.
