Smoking Cessation
If you're ready to quit, it's time for a "Fresh Start."
The "Fresh Start" Smoking Cessation Program is based on changing the behaviors that reinforce or encourage your smoking habit. We work with the three "hooks" of smoking: Physical - Psychological - Habit.
There are many ways to quit smoking, but no single on is best for everyone. Quitting will be accomplished in different ways by different smokers, depending on their unique personality and lifestyle. One thing is certain, though: without a strong individual desire to quit, no program can be successful. "Fresh Start" works with smokers who are motivated to become former smokers! We provide the information and skills that will help end smoking addiction.
Please call for information on the next four-week session. We can help you. Call (908) 788-6401 and ask for a "Fresh Start."
