Emotional Health Support Groups 

Depression Support Group
The group will focus on helping you improve your mood by teaching strategies to change your negative thinking into a more positive outlook. Most insurance plans accepted. Held Fridays, 1:00-2:30 p.m. at the Center for Behavioral Health in the Hunterdon Medical Pavilion

Mental Illness Family Support Groups
Support and education groups meet the fourth Wednesday of the month. Family and friends of individuals with a mental illness are encouraged to attend.
