It is our goal to accommodate you with both timely and convenient appointments for both acute illness and routine care. At each visit to our office, we encourage you to schedule your next appointment for either preventive health care or chronic disease management. This will help to ensure that you get the most convenient date and time to see your preferred provider. For any medical issue that arises between scheduled visits, we encourage you to call as soon as possible. To give you the best care possible, we will do everything we can to get you in with your preferred provider or a member of their team.
We always do our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait time. If you are kept waiting beyond your appointment time, it is either the result of an emergency and/or an unforeseen complication during a visit preceding yours. We make every effort to keep you informed as to whether or not your provider is running on schedule. In order to stay on schedule, it is very difficult for us to accommodate patients who arrive late for their appointments. We will make every effort to see you if possible. However, if there is not sufficient time to properly address your needs, you may be asked to reschedule.
