Mondays & Fridays: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
Wednesdays: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturdays: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Sundays: CLOSED

We see all patients on a pre-arranged appointment schedule. Same day appointments are available for sicknesses and injuries. Routine visits such as well child exams, Pap smears and physicals should be scheduled in advance. To schedule an appointment, call 908-735-2594.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we require 24-hour notice.

If you are a new patient, you can complete the following registration form, save a copy for your records, print it, and bring it with you to your appointment.
