Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 am – 8:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday (twice a month): 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Washington location:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday (twice a month): 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Nurse visits are available by appointment for routine lab work and testing that has been ordered by one of our physicians. We do not provide nurse visit services for testing ordered by other physicians or specialists.

We see patients by appointment, giving us an opportunity to provide the most efficient service. If you cannot keep an appointment, we require 24-hour notice.

Please do not request that other members of your family be seen during your scheduled appointment as it makes it difficult to adhere to a planned schedule and is not fair to patients who are waiting. Should a situation arise where another member of your family is sick, please call the receptionist before coming in to see if another appointment is available. Every effort will be made to meet your needs.
