Branchburg Family Health Center
We, the physicians and staff of Branchburg Family Health Center, are committed to providing quality healthcare to our patients. We are interested in the health and well-being of you and your family. We are located in Branchburg in tranquil rural surroundings and yet very close to U.S. Route 202.
Our Physician Staff
Our medical staff includes board certified family physicians. A family doctor is a physician trained in continuing and comprehensive care for all members of the family. The physician is trained to take into consideration the family unit and its traditions, and emphasizes these concepts in the treatment of illness in all patients. The family practice physician actively utilizes and freely consults with other specialties as required in the management of the patient’s overall health.
Questions and Information
Between visits you may wish to call regarding special problems. Members of out staff are trained to answer many of your questions and are available during office hours to help you. If you need to speak to a doctor who is not available at the time of your call, the receptionist will relay your message. Please allow time for the doctor to contact you.
Urgent Care
A provider is on call 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. If you are calling after hours, call the office number and leave the appropriate information with the answering service, indicating the urgency of your problem. The provider on call will contact you.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, any time of day or night, simply call our office. A physician is on call 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Many emergencies are handled in the office. If you are calling after hours, call the office number and leave the appropriate information with the answering service, indicating the urgency of your problem. A physician on call will return your call.
If there is a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the nearest emergency department or call the emergency number for your local rescue squad. Please note that with certain insurance plans, unauthorized use of an emergency facility may not be reimbursed.
Payment
Our fees are comparable to other medical offices in the community. We prefer that payment be made at the time the services are provided. Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any balance not paid by your insurance company. Please be sure to give all insurance information to the registrar including Medicare numbers. We also participate in health plans like Cigna, Aetna/US Healthcare, United Healthcare, Oxford and various plans offered by Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Please call us to find out if we participate in a health plan that is not listed.
We also accept Visa and MasterCard.
