Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers Offer February Education Programs

The Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers in Whitehouse Station and Clinton are dedicated to providing health enhancement and disease prevention programs for the community. As part of their February Education Series, the Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center in Clinton will offer the following programs:

A Special Program for Women: Pelvic Health Concerns – Ask the Experts

February 9th
6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center
1738 Rte. 31 North, Clinton

Brian Sperling, DO, Urologist, Hunterdon Urological Associates and Kristine Peterson, AND, BS, RN, Nurse Coordinator, Center for Pelvic Health at Hunterdon Medical Center will lead an informational discussion for women on pelvic health concerns and treatments.  This is an opportunity to get your questions answered by the experts.
The Truth about Consequences
February 23rd
6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center
1738 Rte. 31 North, Clinton

If consequences are supposed to work so well with kids, why do we need to keep using them over and over?  Come learn about a different approach to parenting that helps your family escape the punishment cycle and helps your kids make better decisions on their own. Lynne Gonski, M.S., School-Based Counselor, Hunterdon Behavioral Health will present.

These programs are free and participants will receive a guest pass to be used at the Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers. To register for the program, call 908-735-6884.
