Catherine Thomas Langley Joins Hunterdon Healthcare System Board of Trustees
Hunterdon Healthcare System is proud to announce the addition of the following new board member:
Catherine Thomas Langley of Flemington has joined the Hunterdon Healthcare System Board of Trustees. Ms. Langley is the Communications Manager for the New Jersey Associated Press Association, an association of 21 daily newspapers, more than 175 weeklies and almost 80 associate members, which represents the interests of the state's newspapers and promotes First Amendment rights of free speech and freedom of press. Her family previously owned the Hunterdon County Democrat, Inc. in which she served as publisher from 1994-2002. She also served as publisher from 1997-2002 of D.H. Moreau Books, which was previously owned by the Hunterdon County Democrat, Inc. and published books by local writers. She is an active member of the Rotary Club in Flemington, Flemington Woman's Club and serves on the Anderson House Public Relations Committee as well as the Boy Scout Dinner Planning Committee. Ms. Langley has achieved many awards over the years including Woman of Achievement Award from Rolling Hills Girl Scout Council, Distinguished Citizen Award from the Central New Jersey Council of Boy Scouts of America, Woman in Business Award from the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and in 2005 Mr. and Mrs. Langley received the Community Partners Award from the Hunterdon County YMCA.
