HMC To Hold Workshop on Nutrition at The Clinton Book Shop

Cheeseburgers and fries.fettuccine alfredo.steak and mashed potatoes. How can we satisfy our taste buds and also keep our bodies healthy? Hunterdon Medical Center and the Clinton Book Shop in Clinton will be hosting a workshop - Eating in a Fast Food World. The workshop will be held on Thursday, March 6th from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Clinton Book Shop located on Main Street in Clinton.
Beverley Manganelli, RD, CDE, Manager of Community Nutrition at the Center for Nutrition and Diabetes Management will discuss how to make healthier choices when eating out, how portion sizes have changed over the years and how to make better decisions on how much to eat (or not to eat).
